Welsh Tour
17-19 June 2022
Welcome to the 2022 Cirencester Car Club 70th Anniversary Welsh Tour, following in the footsteps of the 60th Anniversary Welsh Tour in 2012, which was based on an original club reliability event first run in 1953.
We have a two-night bed and breakfast package with a celebration 3 course meal planned at the Maesmawr Hotel, Newton.
Provisional Itinerary
Friday 17th June
Arrival Afternoon/Evening
Bar meals drinks and social evening in the bar area (Meals and drinks not included)
Saturday 18th June
Full Welsh Breakfast
100 Mile touring assembly, route to include
Llyn Clywedog, Dylife Mountain Road, Naty-Y-Moch
(Food, drinks and ice cream during the day not included)
Possibility of a grass auto test venue permitting
3 Course celebration meal back at the Maesmawr Hotel.

Sunday 19th June
Full Welsh Breakfast
Touring Assembly home
Route to include:
Devils Bridge, Mountain Road, Elan Valley
Refreshment stop at the Elan Valley visitor centre
Black and white villages around Leominster
Final afternoon refreshment halt in the Leominster area
