Entries currently open to full members of Cirencester Car Club
For the Fourth year in succession Cirencester Car Club Ltd invites your entry to take part in their summer weekend scenic car tour for 2025, visiting West Wales, Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog).
We will be staying at the Cawdor Hotel, Llandeilo for two nights bed and breakfast with a three course evening meal on Saturday evening.
Saturday 14th June 2025
We have a route of 100 miles, Lyne Brianne Reservoir, Abergwesyn Mountain Pass, Tregaron, “Sarn Helen” Roman Road, Aberaron, Cae Hir Gardens Tea Room, Brechfa Forest and (Tally Abbey) Smithy Tea Rooms Tally.
Three course Evening meal
Evening entertainment in the form of our customary quiz after dinner.
Sunday 15th June 2025
Sunday takes in a route of 100 miles taking you back towards home up and down through the Brecon Beacons, Glanusk Café Sennybridge, Garwnant Visitor Centre, Crickhowell, finishing at Raglan Castle Tea Rooms allowing easy access to the M4 corridor and the M50.

The entry fee is £420 per couple sharing twin/double room (Single room supplements available on request £675 for 2 people) which includes:
Rally plate
Road book
Finisher Awards
Three Course Evening Meal & Quiz
The entry fee for entrants NOT staying at the Hotel is £75 per car and will be limited to a maximum of 5 cars, this does not include the Saturday Evening Meal & Quiz which is an additional £38 per person totalling £151.
Please complete the google entry form (separate email) and either pay a deposit of £100, balance by 1/5/25 or in full.
